  I used to really like this store. There was a very nice person that seemed to run the place most evenings that I visited. After that person left, service got worse. They actually let me sit at the drive through speaker for 3 or 4 minutes before telling me they had just closed 3 minutes before their scheduled closing time. I didn't reply and was just going to move on, but I was blocked in because they still hadn't finished helping the last customer and all the lights were still on, so there were cars behind me that they needed to ignore. It then took them several minutes to help that person who had been at the window since before I had pulled up to the speaker. I've never been crapped on by a fast food place this bad before. I will retract this review when that shift manager is reprimanded and BK offers me 1 dinner per week for a year. Until then, this store will be blacklisted.
