  Wow is all I can say! Never experienced such horrible customer service I do not even know how the manager has a job there. When you wait 30 min for drive thru food then go inside to check on it and are told it's still being made but the cars behind you have already left with their food it's a problem. Told the manager when would it be ready then an employee holds up a bag and says it this her omg we forgot to bring it out, the manager goes hand me my food that had been sitting there for who knows how long since I had been waiting outside for 20 min already for it. I told him I want a refund that's ridiculous and he yells at me for the whole restaurant to hear that I'm a joke they are busy and I'm wasting his time as he walks away. Seriously 10 more minutes to get him to give me a refund while he continues to call me names and make fun of me. Another customer told him he needs yo make it right and give mynmt food and a refund which he doesn't do. I received a refund no food 40 mins there and then he laughs as I wall away with my kids .... wow!!

  Extremely slow and no ice.. They said the manager went to get ice... during the 20 minutes waiting for the food to be prepared, he/she never came back.
